Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At EGENIX, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Be in its original condition without any damage or alterations.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Quality Inspection

Once your returned product reaches our warehouse, our quality team will inspect it. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed only after successful quality verification.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and passed our quality inspection.

5. Refund Method

Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account. Bank details must match the original order name and order details for security and verification purposes.

6. Order Verification

For security reasons, all returns and refunds are processed based on the customer name, contact details, and information provided at the time of placing the order. Please ensure your order information is accurate.

7. Exchange Policy

Eligible products can be exchanged for another size or available variant, subject to stock availability.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Used or washed products.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Damaged products due to misuse.
Products returned after the 7-day return period.

9. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by EGENIX, we will arrange the return pickup or cover the return shipping charges where applicable.
