1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote & Non-Metro Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via Email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver Pan India through trusted courier partners.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, mobile number, and PIN code are correct while placing your order. EGENIX is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

8. Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

9. Damaged or Missing Orders

If you receive a damaged package or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
